• Is Soccer Manager Arena SEA free to play?

    Soccer Manager Arena SEA is free to play, but you can buy in-game currency for real money that helps you progress faster.

  • What are Credits and Cash used for and how do I get them?

    Credits are used for buying Player Packs and also to open any locked ones immediately. Cash is used for buying player XP and upgrading Player Cards. You can receive Credits and Cash by opening Player Packs, donating XP in a League or purchasing from the in-game Shop.

  • What are your accepted payment methods?

    All in-game Shop purchases are processed by iTunes and Google Play. Please visit a detailed article on accepted payment methods on iTunes and Google Play as available payment methods vary by country.

  • I didn't get my order!

    The majority of the time, orders are delivered immediately. On occasions, they may take a short while to arrive due to it still being processed, so there is no need to buy again! However, if you still haven’t received your purchase after 24 hours, then please contact either iTunes support or Google Play help as Apple and Google process all payments.

  • I've spent my Credits or Cash by mistake, can I get them back?

    Soccer Manager Arena SEA is a live, online multiplayer game. Due to this reversing any changes would have an adverse effect on other managers that you’ve interacted with. We can’t turn back anyone’s in-game progress and for this reason it would be unfair on other managers to give you your Credits or Cash back.

  • How do I join or create a League?

    You must be at least at Level 2 to be able to join or create a League.
    Once you are at Level 2, tap the League tab and on the top part of the screen you will see the options to create your own League or Search for an existing League to join.

  • Why should I join a League?

    By joining a League you can donate XP to league members and in return you will receive Credits and Manager XP. You can also request XP which is used to level up your Player Cards. Also you can challenge other clubs within your league to a friendly to try out new cards, formations and to get one over them inside the Arena!

  • What are the statuses within a League?

    There are three statuses within a League – President, Vice President and Member. The President is the founder of the League. They can Promote their team-mates to Vice President. Likewise they can also Relegate an Vice President to that of a Member. Both a President and Vice President can remove any Member from the League. A Member is an ordinary player who is part of the League but with no special privileges and this is the default role after joining.

  • How do I report and offensive player?

    Inappropriate behaviour within a League will not be tolerated. If someone has wrote an offensive comment, please send a screenshot of the message and the offending player’s Profile page (or the League profile page, if the offending content is a League name or Description). Each report will be investigated on a case by case basis.

  • How many types of Player Packs are there in the game?

    There are many different types of Player Packs available:
    Free Pack – these are unlocked every 4 hours but must be opened to activate the countdown for your next Free Pack.
    Goal Pack – these are available every 24 hours but you must score 20 goals in the Arena to unlock the pack. These packs contain Cash, Credits and XP.

    Silver Pack – earned from victories won in the Arena and they unlock after 3 hours. Silver Packs contains Cash and XP.

    Gold Pack – earned from victories won in the Arena and they unlock after 8 hours. Gold Packs offer more than Silver Packs as they bring big rewards!

    Champions Pack – these packs are either purchased from the in-game Shop and are unlocked instantly or earned from victories won in the Arena. Champions Packs contain Cash as well as Elite XP and Superb XP.

    Super Champions Pack – these packs are either purchased from the in-game Shop and are unlocked instantly or earned from victories won in the Arena. Super Champions Packs contain cash as well as Elite and Super XP. You are also guaranteed at least one new Player Card.

    Ultimate Pack – the mother of all packs and they are either purchased from the in-game Shop and unlocked instantly or earned from victories in the Arena. It contains a large amount of cash as well as stacks of Elite XP and Superb XP. Plus you are guaranteed at least one new Player Card.

    League Pack – this pack is a shared Goal Pack which the entire League contributes goals to.

  • Can I open more than one Player Pack at a time?

    Player Packs that are in your Pack Slots can only be opened one at a time but you can still unlock a Free Pack or Goal Pack whilst they’re unlocking.

  • How do I know what XP will appear in my Player Pack?

    Player Packs contain XP from Player Cards that you currently have.

  • What type of Player Cards are there within the game?

    There are 3 types of Player Card: Good (signified by green), Superb (signified by blue) and Elite (signified by Purple).

  • How many levels are there to the Player Cards?

    Each Player Card has a number of different levels: Good has 10 different levels, Superb has 8 different levels and Elite has 5 different levels.

  • How can I upgrade a Player Card?

    Once you unlock a Player Card, any additional cards obtained will fill up your XP bar. Once the XP bar is full, you can upgrade the Player Card with Cash.

  • XP Request / Donation?

    While in a League, you are able to request and donate XP to league members. You can make a request every 7 hours for XP of your choosing. You are allowed to request for any Good and Superb Player Card that you have unlocked.

  • What are Special Abilities?

    Each Player Card has a minimum of one Special Ability that gives them an advantage within the Arena. Good cards have one 1 Star special ability. Superb cards have one 1 Star and one 2 Star special ability. Elite cards have at least one 2 Star and one 3 Star special ability.

  • What are Player Attributes?

    A keeper is assigned 4: Goalkeeping, Strength, Passing and Pace. An outfield player is assigned 6: Tackling, Passing, Strength, Shooting, Pace and Dribbling. When you upgrade a Player Card these attributes will increase.

  • What are Player Roles?

    Every player is allocated a specific role within the Arena: Keeper, Defender, Ball Playing Def, Defensive Mid, Attacking Mid, Winger, Deep Lying Forward, Target Man and Forward. The various roles give you more to think about when selecting your players and tactics prior to entering the Arena!

  • How can I change my name?

    You can change your in-game name by clicking on the Change Name button within Settings, but this can only be done once.

  • How do I connect Soccer Manager Arena SEA to Facebook?

    You can connect your game to Facebook using the Friends section in League. Simply click the Connect button at the bottom of the screen. Once you have connected your account to Facebook it will show all of your friends who are currently playing the game in a Leaderboard format.

  • How do I reset my account?

    The game hasn’t been designed to reset or restart an account as we want you to stick with it through the good and bad times.

  • How do I turn on/off push notifications on iOS?

    To enable or disable push notifications, go to your device’s Settings and select the Notifications option. Find Soccer Manager Arena in your list of apps and select it. You will then be able to adjust the Notifications setting.

  • How do I turn on/off push notifications on Android?

    To enable or disable push notifications, go to your device’s Settings and locate the Apps or Applications section. Find Soccer Manager Arena in your list of apps and select it. You will then be able to select or deselect the Show Notifications option.

  • How can I save my progress on iOS?

    You can save your game by connecting it to the Game Centre (which you can find in your iOS Device Settings) and it will then automatically save in-game progress, as well as allowing you to access your save game on multiple devices.

  • How can I save my progress on Android?

    You can save your game by connecting it to your Google Play account (which is within in-game settings in the Google Play app) and it will then automatically save in-game progress. Warning – Google Play only supports one game per account. Therefore if you use the same Google Play for more than one account, you will lose all progress!
